For NSW Health staff, there are two My Health Learning (MHL) modules available that cover the pre and post-approval processes in REGIS, these modules can be completed at your own pace and cover the topics presented during the live training sessions, outlined below. Webinar 1 This webinar steps through registering a project in REGIS when Ethics is managed by a NSW/ACT HREC (in REGIS) and when Ethics is managed by another NMA HREC (outside of REGIS) and also completing your Ethics and Site applications. You will gain a better understanding of how information flows from Project Registration to your Ethics application (ETH) and/or your Site application (STE), you will be provided with a better understanding of Project Team details, who can submit and who will get correspondence, what to do if project team details change between Project Registration and Ethics (ETH) and/or Site (STE) application submission, understanding document management, understanding the Head of Department (HOD) selection and what to do if you cannot locate a HOD and what to expect upon submission of your Ethics and/or Site application. |

Webinar 2 This webinar steps through resubmitting an ineligible application, HOD not supported application and responding to the two types of requests for information. You will gain a better understanding of how you are notified via system generated emails, how to resubmit an ineligible application, how to identify which Head of Department/s or Divisional Director/s (HODs/DDs) have/have not made a decision, document management and the two types of requests for information. |

Webinar 4 This webinar steps through creating, submitting and responding to a request for information for Ethics milestones (annual/final progress reports). You will gain a better understanding of the who can access/edit/submit, difference between annual and final progress reports, what do when more information is requested, what happens upon approval, and an understanding of how the progress report and approval are auto shared to RGOs in REGIS meaning the Site PI's do not need to submit the progress report (when Ethics exists in REGIS). |

You will gain a better understanding of the types of safety reporting and amendments, who can access/edit/submit, document management, responding to a request for information and understanding the system automation and streamlining when ethics exists in REGIS. |

Webinar 6 This webinar steps through creating, submitting and responding to a request for information for Governance milestones. You will gain a better understanding of the types of Governance milestones, system generated notifications, locating milestones, who can access/edit/submit, the NSW progress report (single form for HREC and all NSW/TAS sites), responding to a request for information and understanding the system automation and streamlining and automation when ethics exists in REGIS. |
