Below is a suite of eleven (11) educational training webinars which have been designed as a training resource for new or experienced Researchers (external users). The suite can be watched as a whole, in sequential order, or as standalone individual webinars to allow users to watch themes relevant to their roles within REGIS. |

Webinar 1 This webinar will lightly touch on each of the areas discussed in the topic focused educational webinars (webinar 2 - webinar 11). You will be provided with a better understanding of how to navigate the external portal of REGIS, how applications (submission through to approval/authorisation) flow through REGIS and a better understanding of how post approval activities (amendments, safety reporting, milestones i.e. progress reports) flow through REGIS. |

Webinar 2 This webinar will step through registering a project in REGIS when Ethics is managed by a NSW/ACT HREC (in REGIS) and when Ethics is managed by another NMA HREC (outside of REGIS). You will gain a better understanding of how information flows from Project Registration to your Ethics application (ETH) and/or your Site application (STE), how to upload or change documents, why correctly identifying the Coordinating Principal Investigator/Principal Investigator (CPI/PI) is important and who can complete and submit Project Registration. |

Webinar 3 This webinar will step through the most important areas for a smooth HREA (ETH) application submission. You will be provided with a better understanding of Project Team details, who can submit and who will get correspondence, what to do if project team details change between Project Registration and HREA submission, understanding document management and also understand how information flows from Project Registration and to NSW Site applications (STEs). |

Webinar 4 This webinar will step through the most important areas for a smooth Site application (STE) submission to a NSW Research Governance Office (RGO). You will gain a better understanding of how information flows from Project Registration and the Ethics application (ETH) (when Ethics exists in REGIS), who can submit and will get correspondence, what to do if the Principal Investigator (PI) details change between Project Registration and STE submission, understanding document management, understanding the Head of Department (HOD) selection and what to do if you cannot locate a HOD, when the system progresses an application to the Research Office and when action is required from the applicant. |

Webinar 5 This webinar will step through understanding how you will be notified/system generated notifications, step through what do to if your application is made Ineligible after the initial submission, how to check which Head of Department's (HODs) have or have not made a decision regarding the support of your study at the site and what to do when your application is HOD not supported. |

Webinar 6 This webinar will step through the two types of request for information for an application: Decision Pending Further Information (updating the application form or submitted documents) and Approved (ETH)/Recommendation (STE) Pending Further Information (locating and completing the More Information Required form). You will also gain a better understanding of document management (system versioning and tracked changes) and how to locate the approved documents of an approved or authorised study. |

Webinar 7 This webinar will step through understanding how to locate the Ethics amendment and safety reporting forms, understanding the types of amendments, who can access/edit/submit the amendment form, document management (when a document already exists in the system and a new version is being submitted versus when a new document that has not yet been reviewed is being submitted), what to do when/if more information is requested and what happens on approval. You will also gain an understanding of how REGIS is streamlining submissions by auto sharing Ethics approved documents with NSW Research Governance Offices (RGOs) and submission of safety reports to NSW RGOs |

Webinar 8 This webinar will provide you with a better understanding around system generated reminders, locating the progress report milestone, who can access/edit/submit. You will also gain a better understanding of the NSW progress report (single form for HREC and all NSW sites), understanding project statuses (Annual report/Final report), what to do when/if more information is required, document management and how to locate approved documents. This webinar will also touch on what happens upon HREC approval (REGIS streamlining submission to NSW RGOs). |

Webinar 9 This webinar will provide you with a better understanding on the post approval functionality released in September 2020. You will gain understanding of how the flow from Ethics to Governance when Ethics is managed by a NSW/ACT HREC (Ethics exists in REGIS) and when Ethics is managed by another NMA HREC (Ethics exists outside REGIS), understanding system automation and streamlining and also how to locate approved documents in the external portal i.e. approved amendments. |

Webinar 10 This webinar will step through the process for locating/creating/submitting/responding to a request for information/locating approved documents in the external portal (Site Amendments and Safety Reporting). You will also gain a better understanding of how to locate site forms (amendment/safety), understanding the types of site amendments and safety reports, who can access/edit/submit the site amendment form, understanding document management (when a document already exists in the system and a new version is being submitted versus when a new document that has not yet been reviewed is being submitted), what to do when/if more information is requested, understanding the system automation and streamlining when Ethics exists in REGIS and locating approved documents in the external portal. |

Webinar 11 This webinar will step through understanding Site (STE) milestone types, locating milestones, understanding who can access/edit/submit and understanding the system generated notifications. You will gain a better understanding of the NSW progress report (a single form for HREC and all NSW sites), understanding project statuses (annual report/final report), what to do when/if more information is required, document management (how to locate approved documents), understanding the system automation and streamlining when Ethics exists in REGIS and locating approved documents in the external portal. |
