Welcome to the REGIS Sandpit!

The REGIS Sandpit is available for research office users as a practice environment to help you learn the new system before your site goes live with REGIS.

LOGIN HERE

If you are a first time user to this system, log in using the following details:

  • User name:  Your email address
  • Password:    Abc123!!!! 

You will be asked to change your password when you login the first time – it will need to be a minimum of eight characters in length and contain at least four of the following four types of characters: Uppercase, Lowercase, Numeric, Non Alphanumeric e.g Maryslamb@1.

If you do not have access to REGIS Sandpit/Training environment and would like access, please have your Research Manager or equivalent email us at regis@health.nsw.gov.au to request for login.

You will have full access/viewing rights in Sandpit to see how the system operates from all users' perspectives.

The REGIS Sandpit Welcome Pack will assist you as you work your way around the system and become familiar with terms and the way information is created, accessed and displayed. You can also access training manuals to help build your knowledge and confidence.

Keep in mind REGIS is an evolving system – there are a number of areas you will see that will be updated in coming weeks as we begin a fortnightly cycle of system updates throughout the soft-launch period. Where possible, these will be flagged in the guides we develop to assist you understand the elements we know will be changed.

To answer your questions about the Sandpit, we will be running a series of Q&A webinars over the next few weeks. These will run on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11am, starting Thursday, 8 February 2018.
