We are currently working a multicentre application through REGIS; there are significant challenges at the SSA phase - REGIS specifies who can do the 'departmental head' sign offs and there is no flexibility there - but the people specified are often at a much higher level than we have previously had to liaise with to get sign offs in previous pre-REGIS applications - this has become a significant barrier in slowing down the process of the 7 SSAs we are trying to do through different sites across the state
